Program overview

The 2023 Vandalia Health Network Conference will feature lectures, case presentations and educational sessions on a variety of issues facing health care professionals today. This one -day conference will focus on current trends in value-based care and population health management. The program is designed for physicians, nurses, and all allied health professionals involved in population health care and management. No pre- requisites are required.

Upon completion of this program, participants should be able to:

  • Discuss lessons learned and future requirements
  • Understand the functionalities and opportunities within HealtheAnalytics for stronger ACO reporting
  • Describe the ability to assess and act on metrics identified with opportunities for improvement
  • Discuss the Enhance workflow documentation through use of claim-based reporting
  • Identify current trends in value-based care and impacts of COVID
  • Define CMS and CMMI strategic vision related to value-based care for 2030
