Ayesha Khan

Ayesha Khan, MD

Medical School: Dow Medical College

I am a physician certified by ECFMG and a resident of Ohio. I am passionate about improving healthcare access in underserved and rural areas, believing that everyone should have access to good healthcare whenever and wherever they need it. To reflect this passion, I co-founded OneClinic, which develops telemedicine technology to enhance healthcare access in healthcare shortage areas and rural Ohio. Our technology received a US patent, and our efforts were recognized in a proclamation from Governor Mike DeWine's office. I have developed extensive clinical knowledge through externships and observeships in outpatient and inpatient settings in the US, which helped me acquire good interpersonal skills. My interests lies in behavioral healthcare. With an increasing number of individuals experiencing behavioral health problems, I believe that family physicians play an essential role in treating patients' behavioral health. As a result, I intend to pursue a fellowship in behavioral health. I absolutely love coffee! My hobbies include swimming, playing squash, spending time with my family, cooking and more than anything eating good food. :)

My name is Hazzan Muzaffer and I was born in Beckley, WV, and raised in Bluefield, VA. I went to medical school at WVSOM. As far as hobbies go, I've always liked to read fantasy novels, sci-fi and horror, and I've dabbled in creative writing too (got an English degree too for funsies). I enjoy playing tennis and hiking with the family and once a year we'll go white water rafting. I also play Dungeons and Dragons with my friends on weekends as part of a game night tradition. As for medicine, I have a strong interest in treating mental illness and addiction medicine. Hope this is enough to give you all a basic idea of myself.
