INCA033890-303: A Randomized, Double-Blind, Phase 3 Study of Standard-of-Care Chemotherapy and Bevacizumab With or Without INCA33890 in the First-Line Treatment of Metastatic Microsatellite Stable Colorectal Cancer(Incyte Corp)

This study is being done to learn if a new drug, called INCA33890, is safe and if it works well when added to usual treatment. The usual treatment includes bevacizumab and a group of cancer drugs called FOLFOX. FOLFOX has three drugs: oxaliplatin, fluorouracil, and leucovorin or levoleucovorin. Everyone in this study will get bevacizumab and FOLFOX. Participants will be put into one of two groups by chance, like flipping a coin. One group will also get INCA33890. The other group will get a placebo. A placebo looks like the study drug but does not have any medicine in it.
