Summary
Protocol The ROSETTA Lung-202 Trial (CA266-0002) is a Phase 3 study. It looks at how safe and effective a new treatment is for adults with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This type of cancer has spread to nearby tissue or other parts of the body. The study compares the new treatment with the current standard-of-care (SOC), which is the treatment most commonly used by doctors. It is used as the first treatment for patients whose tumors have high levels of PD-L1, a protein that can stop the immune system from attacking cancer cells. The trial includes patients who cannot have surgery or chemoradiation.
