Why CAMC: Almost all of my third and fourth year rotations were at CAMC, so I had great exposure to the program, its residents and faculty and the pathology seen at CAMC. I enjoyed the hybrid style program that combined the positives of a community and academic experience. I saw the benefits of a high-volume tertiary care center with early operative experience and independence. Ultimately, I knew CAMC would be the perfect place to become a well-trained and competent general surgeon by the time I graduate from the program.
About me: I am a huge rugby and college football fan. I also am a horrible golfer, but that doesn't stop me from embarrassing myself. I enjoy listening to classic rock and country music. Lastly, I have a (younger) fraternal twin.
