Biography

Professional Interests: General outpatient Internal Medicine. I am passionate about continuity of care and establishing a therapeutic relationship with patients. I also like to focus on preventative care and patient education.

Hobbies/Interests: I love traveling both internationally and domestically, especially to National Parks. I love to hike in the woods as it is very therapeutic and calming. I also enjoy off-roading in my jeep and kayaking. I love to read novels and am trying my hand at writing a screenplay about a battle in WW2.

Strengths of Training at CAMC: I think the IM clinic at CAMC has outstanding faculty. They are very knowledgeable and caring, with a good rapport with other faculty, staff and trainees.

Life in Charleston: I love the laid-back atmosphere in Charleston. There are also great cultural opportunities at places such as the Clay Center. Lastly, it goes without saying that West Virginia is an outdoor paradise with so many recreational opportunities!
