Interests/Hobbies: I have an adventurous spirit and enjoy aviation, sailing and backpacking remote areas. This is inherently tied with my love for traveling abroad and study of foreign languages.
Future Goals: Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship.
Best Part of Life in Charleston: One of my favorite things about Charleston is standing on a hilltop and taking in the sweeping view of the Kanawha River winding through the valley. The way the river curves between the hills and the expanse of green all around is genuinely breathtaking. The natural beauty here never stops feeling remarkable.
Strengths of CAMC: One of the greatest strengths of CAMC is its exceptionally supportive culture — it is the very opposite of a toxic training environment. I have truly never worked alongside such approachable, encouraging seniors and attendings. Additionally, CAMC offers a wide array of fellowship pathways and career development opportunities, which creates a real sense that your growth here is limitless.
