The CAMC Institute for Academic Medicine hosted its annual CAMC Research Day on Thursday, April 16, showcasing original research and case reports from our residents, fellows and medical students.

The event aims to promote and commend scholarly excellence in research across the CAMC academic community.

The Institute extends its sincere appreciation to all presenters, preceptors and mentors, as well as the moderators, judges, abstract selection committee, the Institutional Review Board and Institutional Scientific Review Board at CAMC and the Center for Health Services and Outcomes Research faculty and staff. Special thanks are also given to planning co-chairs Mary K. Emmett, PhD, FACHE, and Elaine Davis Mattox, EdD.

CAMC Research Day concluded with an awards ceremony, which included the announcement of Arthur Rubin, DO, FACOP, as the recipient of the prestigious Steven J. Jubelirer Research Award. This honor recognizes an exceptional commitment to advancing research and supporting trainees in their scholarly pursuits.
