The CAMC Institute for Academic Medicine is pleased to announce the launch of its Office of Learner Affairs, a dedicated resource to support Vandalia Health employees across all stages of their academic and professional careers.
The Office of Learner Affairs offers individualized guidance, advocacy and access to educational opportunities beyond the classroom. Its services include:
- Academic advising and planning
- Advocacy and conflict resolution
- Education affiliation agreements
- Experiential learning placement
- Learner engagement programs
- Observership and shadowing assistance
- Wellness and mental health support
- Workshops and events for personal and professional development
Through these services, the Office of Learner Affairs aims to ensure a positive learning exchange between learners and the health care provider, aiding learners in achieving their professional goals within the Vandalia Health System.
Located in the CAMC Center for Learning and Research, the Office of Learner Affairs invites Vandalia Health trainees, faculty and staff to visit and explore available resources to support their career advancement.
