Brandon Radow, MD
Brandon Radow, MD, serves as the program director of the Surgical Critical Care Fellowship at Vandalia Health Charleston Area Medical Center. He earned his medical degree from the West Virginia University School of Medicine and completed the General Surgery Residency at CAMC. Dr. Radow went on to pursue fellowship training in both acute care surgery and surgical critical care at the University of Nevada School of Medicine.

Syrell Jeannette Rodriguez Carreras, MD
Syrell Rodriguez Carreras, MD, completed her medical education at Geisinger Commonwealth SOM in Scranton, PA. From there, she went on to Wellspan in York, PA, for general surgery residency and completed a surgical critical care fellowship in Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA. She specializes in trauma, surgical critical care & acute care surgery at CAMC, where she has been for over three years. She also serves as the medical director of the Surgical Trauma ICU and the director of the critical care medical student elective.

Ashley Wiley, C-TAGME
Ashley Wiley is the program coordinator for the CAMC Surgical Critical Care Fellowship. She has over 13 years of experience as the senior program specialist for the General Surgery Residency. In this new role, she is dedicated to collaborating with leadership, residents and fellows, contributing to our mission of training top-tier physicians. Beyond her professional commitments, Ashley enjoys spending quality time with her two children, staying active through weightlifting and exploring new destinations through travel.
