Residency is a time of tremendous personal and professional growth, and resident well-being is of the utmost importance to our program and institution. CAMC offers its residents streamlined access to mental health services. A work-out facility is available on site at Women and Children’s. Well-being is also something the residents work on individually and as a group away from the hospital. Outside of work, residents often get together for dinners, excursions, local events, and family-centered activities to foster a sense of community.
